EADS Defence & Security and ODEBRECHT Organization join forces in Brazil to forge a long term partnership
EADS Defence & Security (DS) and ODEBRECHT Organization join forces in the fields of defence and security technology. During a signing ceremony in Munich, DS and ODEBRECHT announced the planned formation of a joint venture company based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Dr. Stefan Zoller, CEO EADS Defence & Security, stated: "We are a high tech company driving the development of integrated system solutions for armed forces and civil security worldwide. We are proud of joining forces with one of Brazil’s biggest reputable companies. Our joint venture is proof of our commitment to Brazil. EADS Defence & Security would like to move beyond just providing high technology sales to Brazil by creating a Brazilian Industrial base with the development of a long term partnership including the transfer of technology wherever necessary.”
