Business Graduate Scheme

Introduction

As an EADS DS business graduate you will be part of a carefully selected group to undertake a two-year fast track development programme. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects, management tasks and challenges designed to stretch your knowledge, develop your skills and widen your field of expertise. The EADS DS UK business graduate scheme also offers a structured approach to personalised feedback and career development via a mixture of experience and sponsorship to achieve professional qualifications.

Your First Week at EADS

On your first day you will pass through the EADS induction process. For the remainder of your first week you will carry out a mini-rotation to give you a quick overview of a number of parts of the business before settling into your first rotation.

First Year

Your first year as a Business Graduate will involve placements across various parts of the company and will see you working on a variety of different projects and functions. Each placement lasts for 3-months, hence 4 rotations during your first year. The scheme is hugely beneficial to graduates as it offers the flexibility to take your personal feedback and career ambitions into account. At the end of each rotation you will each receive individual feedback relating to your contribution and future growth as well as having a chance to evaluate your own performance.

Second Year

The second year of the EADS DS UK business graduate scheme is designed around a 12 month placement. The placement is designed to fit neatly into your personal career ambitions and deliver professional development within a single area. It also offers the opportunity to increase your personal responsibility and take ownership of your own career. The skills, training and job based experience gained during this placement will provide the foundation for a long and successful future within EADS DS UK.
