ECTOCRYP® Black - 120 Channel High Grade Secure Voice Gateway

ECTOCRYP® Black is the world’s first small form factor 120-channel SCIP gateway.

This multi-channel, rack mounted voice gateway supports up to 120 simultaneous Secure Communications Interoperability Protocol (SCIP) calls.

Remote users of Sectera, Omni and Thales devices can transparently communicate at up to TOP SECRET level by calling other non SCIP users through ECTOCRYP® Black. ECTOCRYP® Black meets the MoD (DoD) mandate (JSP602:1032) for data exchange between networks.

ECTOCRYP® Black includes a fully integrated BRENT capability along with Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) support on the secure side of the gateway.*

ECTOCRYP® Black can therefore be deployed in place of legacy “rack and stack” solutions, providing a scalable and distributed telephony service with SCIP capability. This facilitates the phased migration away from legacy BRENT technologies and establishes support for a 21st century secure telephony system vision.
