The Graduate Scheme Overview
As an EADS DS graduate you will be part of a two-year fast track development programme. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects, tasks and challenges, stretching your knowledge, developing your skills and widening your field of expertise.
The two year scheme aims to give graduates an understanding of the EADS Defence and Security business through the rotational placements of the first year. The second year is then focussed towards the graduates’ preferred areas of technology or business expertise.
With the foundation of a 2 year Fast-Track programme, graduates that join EADS Defence and Security can look forward to a successful career within a dynamic, European company.
What are we looking for?
EADS is looking for high caliber graduates from various disciplines:
- High academic achievers: ideally 300 UCAS Points and 2:1 Degree (lower UCAS points or 2:2 degree results will also be considered)
- Enthusiasm to join a Business or Engineering scheme
